Stamp It Up! Eraser Stamp Carving for Kids with Miss Amy Jo

This kids-only class will be led by Amy Jo and her daughter Sadie! After warming-up the kids with a mind-body creativity boost, the kids will get hands-on instruction for carving* an eraser stamp. Kids will then carve and print their own creation! The second half of the class will be Kids' Stampy-Hour using Sadie and Amy Jo's extensive personal collection of hand-carved stamps. Kids will take home their eraser stamp and several sheets of stamped printmaking paper.  

Safety note: This project potentially includes the use of a sharp carving tool. Most kids 8+ have the dexterity for it, but parent/guardian discretion should be used to determine if the child registering has the ability for this type of project.

This workshop is Sat, Oct 5th at 10 am at the Unglued Craftatorium at Brewhalla - 1702 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102 (attached to Drekker Brewing - you'll find this workshop room on Brewhalla's 2nd floor!). Kids age 8 and up. Each attendee must be a ticket holder.

Your registration includes: supplies and instruction to create your own carved stamps, access to instructor's personal collection of stamps. Kids will take home their eraser stamp and several sheets of stamped printmaking paper.

Refund policy:  We know plans can change!  If you need to change plans please email us at ungluedcraftfest@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to workshop start to receive a full refund.  After that we don't give refunds as supplies are already purchased unless if we are able to utilize a wait list based on demand, but you can transfer it to another person!

Please note a minimum of 8 participants is required so if we don't reach that by 24 hours prior to the event you will be notified by email and refunded.
