About the event

Dough bowls are the world's favorite type of candle right now and here's your chance to create your own with local maker FSR - spring-style!  You'll create and customize a dough bowl candle with 3 wood wicks and learn the basics of candle making.  There will be a variety of natural spring scents to choose from like Cactus Flowers, Volcano, Vanilla, and Lilac. You will customize your candle by additionally choosing wax embeds like various flowers, hearts, and cacti!  Your candle will be ready to burn to light up to look forward to spring.

Your registration includes:  supplies and instruction to customize a dough bowl candle - size is about 12 ounces, 9” long, 6” wide, 2” tall.  You'll choose between a white or brown wood dough bowl when you register.

This workshop is Wed, Feb 28 6pm at the Unglued Craftatorium at Brewhalla - 1702 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102 (attached to Drekker Brewing - you'll find this workshop room on Brewhalla's 2nd floor!).  Ages middle school to adult.  Each attendee must be a ticket holder.
